How accurate is the availability calendar?
Our reservation calendar is continuously synchronized to provide accurate availability. Before your reservation request is processed, availability is verified one final time to help ensure the dates you selected are still available.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation request is personally reviewed before being confirmed. Once availability is verified and payment arrangements are completed, you'll receive your confirmation directly from David and Angela.
Will I see the estimated cost before submitting?
Yes. After selecting valid dates, the page displays the applicable nightly rates, cleaning fee, state and local taxes, and your estimated total.
What is the minimum stay?
The booking engine currently requires a three-night minimum stay and will guide you to select an eligible check-out date.

Booking directly gives you personal communication with David and Angela, a transparent reservation estimate, and a simple reservation process from start to finish. You'll work directly with the owners every step of the way.
What happens after I submit the reservation request?
Your request is securely sent to David and Angela’s Owner Portal. They will review your requested dates, guest information, and secure identity-verification submission. If approved, you will receive a separate Venmo payment email. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.
